how do you weaken the north wind? or how do you catch it I have been trying to catch it for over 3 hours now? can someone help me please?

You fight the northwind, which is very powerful so i suggest u have nicholas with you to heal, u want to be at level 80 maybe and u'll need the empty bottle |
